We do this through three key ways:

• Strengthening Bible-based communication skills
  Helping leaders teach and communicate Scripture with clarity, confidence, and faithfulness.
• Providing Bible-based resources
  Supporting both leaders and congregations with materials that deepen understanding and application of God’s Word.
• Enabling access to training through tuition grants
  Making further Bible-based training more accessible for those called to lead and teach.

Our vision is to see local church leaders across the UK equipped and confident to minister effectively in their own contexts—so that the people they serve are prepared for faithful, frontline mission.

LWPT’s history and passion

The Leaders of Worship and Preachers Trust was created by a Methodist who was keen to support preachers and worship leaders in local UK churches. But in 2005 we officially took our Methodist inclination (supporting emerging church-based leaders in their local UK settings) to all denominations.
